Student Policy
What we expect from students, and what students can expect from us.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to the Dream Travel Academy website and to students enrolled in our programs.
Attendance
Regular attendance is the single strongest predictor of completing a program successfully. Students are expected to attend their scheduled sessions and to inform their trainer in advance if they cannot.
Practical lab time is limited and shared. Students who miss a lab session should request a replacement slot rather than skipping the practice.
Conduct
- Treat trainers, staff and fellow students with courtesy.
- Maintain the grooming and punctuality standards expected in a customer-facing industry.
- Do not share login credentials, practice files or course material outside the academy.
- Mobile phones on silent during sessions.
Assessment and certification
Each program contains section quizzes, practical exercises and a final assessment. A course completion certificate is issued to students who complete the curriculum and clear the final assessment.
Students who do not clear an assessment may reattempt it after additional practice, in consultation with their trainer.
Fees and refunds
Fee terms, instalment schedules and refund eligibility are confirmed in writing at the time of admission. Where a refund applies, administrative charges and any sessions already delivered are deducted.

Batch changes and repeats
Batch transfers and session repeats are accommodated where possible, subject to seat availability and prior notice.
Placement assistance
Placement assistance is offered to students who have completed their program and cleared the assessment. It includes CV preparation, interview practice and referrals. Employment outcomes depend on the employer and on the student's own performance.
Grievances
Any concern about teaching, facilities or conduct should be raised with the admissions desk or emailed to info@dreamtravelacademy.com. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within two working days.
